Ascend Workout Tracker (“the app”) is designed to help you track workouts and related fitness information.

Information We Collect

The app may collect and store the following information:

• Workout data you enter (for example, exercises, sets, reps, weights, and session history)
• Health and fitness data you choose to share through Apple Health / HealthKit (if permissions are granted)
• Basic app usage data needed for app functionality

How Your Information Is Used

Your information is used only to:

• Provide workout tracking features
• Save and display your workout history and progress
• Sync workout-related data between iPhone and Apple Watch (if enabled)

HealthKit

If you allow HealthKit access, the app reads and/or writes only the health data needed to support workout features.

HealthKit data is used solely for providing fitness functionality in the app and is not used for advertising.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We do not share your health data with third parties for marketing or advertising.

Data is only shared when required for core app functionality or when required by law.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on your device and in Apple-managed services you enable (such as iCloud). We take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your Choices

You can:

• Choose whether to grant HealthKit permissions
• Revoke HealthKit permissions at any time in iOS Settings
• Delete app data by removing the app or clearing data where available

Children’s Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by the “Last updated” date.
